Introducing Block Patterns

This is a call for participants in creating a blockchain implementation to record history immutably to eliminate negating revisionism for future generations.

Would it not be positive for international relations if historical events could be immutably recorded for posterity? Capitalism, communism, nazism and many other movements have bred their fair share of revisions of history to suit their purposes of control. Could we minimise the worst excesses of revisionism which can lead to discord, revolution and wars? Perhaps that’s ambitious but maybe we can enhance the fact checker and the rumour monger with an authoritative reference agreed by consensus.

Following through this thought, we had the idea to set up a submit past and current historical events to a blockchain. This ledger could also become a focus for registration of scholarly work and the chain could be recognised by international bodies. protocol and process to future proof

We assume that people involved in this work would have to have expertise and contributions on streams covering:

– Blockchain technology

– History research

– International policy

– Diffusion of the chain

There may be others and we would like to have any comments or expressions of interest, be that from individuals or institutions.

If we achieve a quorum of people to contribute to all of the above we will set up an appropriate discussion channel.

So if you are interested in the concept please do leave a comment or send me a direct message stating your interest, your preferred track and any comments or suggestions you may have.
