As the headlong rush into “Al will solve everything” carries on, I prefer to look at the fundamentals, especially when clients come to me with huge misgivings about how Al Agents will represent their brand. Well guess what?
We’ve been here before, in fact we’re still living this phase with blockchain 18 years on in some respects. It feels like Gen Al LLMs are more understandable and will get over the fear hump sooner though. In fact blockchain is an important underlying infrastructure element, but thats another subject I’ve spoken about before.
So back to basics: how do we roll out Al Agents in a way that is “safe” for tentative companies in rolls such as sales, marketing, supply chain and administration?
